Customers on flexible purchasing contracts
Customers on flexible contracts: Our opening hours for the trading desk remain as normal over the holiday period (09:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays) Please note: we expect the trading hours on the OTC market to be limited and expect the market to close early on Wednesday 24th and Wednesday 31st December. A note on liquidity We expect thin liquidity on the market from 22nd December, which may not return to normal levels until 5th January 2026. This may impact in wider spreads in markets. For gas indexation nominations, all indexation changes should be sent by 10:00 for Wednesday 24th December and Wednesday 31st December
