Customers on flexible purchasing contracts
Customers on flexible contracts: Our opening hours for the trading desk remain as normal over the holiday period (09:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays) Please note: we expect the trading hours on the OTC market to be limited and expect the market to close early on Tuesday 24th and Tuesday 31st December. A note on liquidity We expect thin liquidity on the market from 16th December, which may not return to normal levels until 2nd January 2025. This may impact in wider spreads in markets. For gas indexation nominations, all indexation changes should be sent by 10:00 for Tuesday 24th December and Tuesday 31st December.
