Customers on flexible purchasing contracts
Our opening hours for the trading desk remain as normal over the holiday period (09:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays; 25th, 26th December and 1st January, where we will be closed).
Please kindly note the following guidance for trading days over holiday period:
Friday 22nd December
We expect the trading hours on the OTC market to be limited and expect the market to close early by 12 noon, therefore we request that all OTC orders are confirmed prior to 11am for us to process.
Indexation Nominations should be made as normal for power auctions as per submission times, but with added holiday periods; Saturday 23rd December – Wednesday 27th December inclusive. For gas, all indexation changes should be sent by 10:00 for Saturday 23rd December – Wednesday 27th December inclusive.
On Friday 29th December, we expect the trading hours on the OTC market to be limited and expect the market to close early by 12 noon, therefore we request that all OTC orders are confirmed prior to 11am for us to process.

A note on liquidity
We expect thin liquidity on the market from 18th December, which may not return to normal levels until 2nd January 2024. This may impact in wider spreads in markets.
